Kairos Esports is a finalist in The Drum Marketing Awards
We’re excited to announce that Kairos Esports has been shortlisted as a finalist in The Drum Marketing Awards for Best Brand Experience or Event!
KFC Royale was an incredible event, with over 50 million impressions; a world’s first in taking advantage of a large-scale tournament format with top-tier global influencers.
It’s fantastic to be recognised for our hard work and demonstrates how non-endemics can enter into the gaming and esports space, especially when utilising influencers and competitive creatives to expand the industry.
The event dominated twitch, with KFC Royale taking over the Call of Duty category, with an audience watching over 72 years of content. These impressive statistics will be vital in standing out in such a high-calibre category, battling out industry titans Facebook, Virgin Media, Adidas, Lego and Riot Games, to name a few. Being pit against them is a testament to the success of the project thus far, with some even bigger things in the pipeline!
This comes shortly after Kairos Esports was nominated by The Sponsorship Awards 2020 in partnership with KFC for the Best Gaming Based Sponsorship.
